Eartip
Your Vie Zone uses special conductive eartips. Make sure to choose tips that provide the best fit for both your right and left ears. In order to best pick up your EEG signals, give them maximum contact with your ears by pushing them in deeply.
The ear wax effects the signal quality. Please wash the eartips constantly by the contact solution.
You can keep them clean by storing them in the their solutions in their cases.
Please use dual-purpose (for cleaning and storage) contact solutions.
