Unable to adjust the volume

It  has been reported to have the problem with adjusting the volume of Vie Petite due to the pairing incompletion. This problem occurs quite rarely, though if it occurs, the repairing solves the problem

1. Forget Device and repair.

Forget the device you paired with from Settings, and then try reconnecting

Launch the Settings app and go to Bluetooth.
Tap on the icon against the device name you’re having problems connecting.
Tap on the “Forget This Device” button and confirm your action.
Now pair your Phone with the device again, and see if the issue has been solved.

2. iOS volume is too loud

New feature of iOS to limit the volume of earphones causes sometime the volume to be too loud, or unable to control. This issue can be solved by following.

1. Go to Setting
2. Go to "Sound and Haptics"
3. Reduce Loud Sound > Turn On and adjust the volume.
