I have tried repeatededly to recover from the "stuck in the middle of the firmware update" problem. Nothing. I have restarted and tried to repair it over twenty times. I have restarted the headphones, I have reloaded the app countless times. Nothing.
Please fix this error.
When I say "numerous" I mean quite a few over the last few months.....do you need me to send money to help a prince in Nigeria to get some kind of reply or is this a scam?
